However, after I signed on with him, he went above and beyond as my broker to make sure the apartment was ready when I wanted it and looked perfect for my move in. Thank you!

My wife and I have never used a full service broker in the past. Sam knew exactly what we wanted and facilitated every step on the process. He interfaced with our new landlord as well as the management of the building. For Sam, the fee isn''t the important thing, it''s making sure his clients have the best experience possible. We still rely on him for advice and he is always happy to take our calls.

To call Sam a just a broker would not do his services justice. Sam is a real estate broker/concierge. My wife and I had been looking to relocate in our neighborhood. Since neither of us have used a full service broker in the past, we were completely unprepared for what was ahead of us in this market. Sam made frequent visits to our old apartment to gauge our style and the way we would like to live. He immediately knew which landlord and which apartment would be perfect for us. He communicated with our new landlord and guided us through the somewhat arduous application process of our new apartment. He even interfaced with the condo board which had to approve our application. We have settled into our new apartment, and he was exactly right about what we needed. To us, we don''t think of a rental apartment as someone else''s property, we think of it as our home and we take pride in where we live. Sam instinctually knew that about us. Walking around with Sam was like being famous. Everyone knows him, and everyone likes him. This made our transition to our new apartment both welcoming and familiar. Once our fee was paid, Sam did not just disappear. He was there until our furniture was moved and we were settled. We still call him for guidance. We were lucky we found Sam. He is more than a full-service broker and we would recommend him to anyone who was looking for a great place to live.
